प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी
This page is run by Vika Thai Company Limited, a real-estate agency in Phuket (37/7, Srisoonthorn Rd., Cherng Talay, Thalang, Phuket 83110, Thailand). It stores personal data when you send one of its forms, and this page says exactly what happens to it. It is written under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What you give us, and why
Every form on this page — the six-question selection, the request form, the consultation form and the two pop-ups — asks for the same things.
- You type: your name and your phone number; if you wish, your email and your Telegram username; the purpose of the purchase, the way you prefer to be contacted and, in the selection, your answers about the property, the area, the timing and the budget.
- The page adds: the address and the language of the page, the project you asked about, the tags of the advertising link that brought you here (the campaign and the click identifier of Google, Meta or another network), the page you came from, a description of your browser and device (screen, language, time zone, operating system), the time you spent and how far you scrolled.
- Our server adds: your IP address and the country and city it points to.
All of it has one purpose: an expert of Vika Thai answers your request on the channel you chose, and we know which advert the request came from. The page does not ask for documents, payment details or anything about your health, beliefs or family.
Where it goes
Into the agency’s customer system (CRM), kept with a cloud database provider that acts on our instructions. From there:
- The sales team. A card with your request is posted to the team’s closed work group in Telegram, so that somebody answers quickly.
- A check of the number. Your phone number is sent to Twilio, a telephony company in the United States, which tells us whether it is a mobile or a landline, its carrier and whether it can be reached. We also look the number up in WhatsApp: whether it has an account, whether the account is a business one, and the name and the “About” line where WhatsApp shows them to everyone. Both services receive the number and nothing else — no name, no answers. We do this to catch a mistyped number and to write to you where you will read it, on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form.
Your details are not sold, and your request — the name, the number, the answers — is not given to advertising networks.
Visits
The page also keeps a record of the visit itself, whether or not a form is sent: a random visitor number stored in your browser, the pages and sections you saw, the time spent, the scroll depth, the advertising tags and the device description listed above. There is no name in it. If you send a request, the visit is attached to it, so that we see the path that led to the request.
Cookies and browser storage
What this page itself keeps in your browser:
- vt-theme, vt-lang — the light or dark theme and the language you chose; the language is remembered for 180 days.
- vt-vid, vt-sid — the random visitor number (400 days) and the number of this browser tab (until the tab is closed).
- nova_attr_first, nova_attr_last_paid — the tags of the advertising link you arrived through, for 90 days, so that the request can be matched to the advert. No name, no page history.
Three services of other companies are loaded after the page has been drawn: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta). They set their own cookies, receive the pages you open here and the fact that a form was sent — never what you typed into it — and handle that under their own policies. You can refuse their cookies in your browser’s settings; the forms work without them.
How long it is kept
A request is kept for 10 years from the moment you send it — the moment you tick the consent box. Property is bought over years rather than weeks, and a person who wrote to us once often comes back; after 10 years the record and the contact details in it are removed. If you ask us to delete yours earlier, we do — see below.
If your request became a contract or an invoice, it is also an accounting record, which the accounting law obliges us to keep. We keep it as a record, not as a marketing list — you will not be contacted from it.
Records of visits that did not end in a request are kept for 365 days, so that a year's statistics can be read.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw the consent you gave with a request. Write to info@vikathai.com and name the phone number or the email you gave in the request, and we will answer from the same record. Withdrawing consent stops any further use of your data from that moment; it does not undo what was done before you withdrew it, and it does not remove a record the accounting law obliges us to keep. These are your rights under the PDPA, and we answer the same request wherever you live.
This statement describes what the page does today and is kept in step with the page itself rather than with a template. Questions, and any request about your own data, go to info@vikathai.com.
